My compliments on the detail put into the instructions for accessing this facility. I arrived with no problems. I found the code entry pad. Everything was simple and went without any issues, My unit was locked with a temporary lock and when I opened it up my issued lock was right where it was described to me in the instructions. The unit and the entire lot was tidy and well kept. It is obvious the owner(s) and staff take pride in their business. I appreciate the exceptional customer service I have received. Let me note that this entire transaction from me shopping for storage to my accepting and signing the contract, instructions for access and post rental check ins, reminders and all has been ONLINE! Yes it is possible to run a business and give quality service through the internet! Thank you for far exceeding my expectations!
