Her customer service truly stands out—friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely willing to help. The facility was clean, well organized, and everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Update as of 12/29/25 Buyer Beware. This place is a bait and switch!!! I’ve been paying 44 bucks per month to park my RV, which seems like a fair rate even though it’s more than I pay for RV insurance. After only six months, they’re now increasing it to 88 dollars. They sent me a letter in the mail saying that rates are increasing. $90 a month to park a small 17 foot RV is absolutely insane. My monthly payment on the RV is only like 220 bucks. Which means this place wants to charge me almost half of my payment just to park it. This feels like a big slap in the face and a scam. I wish they had just been honest from the start. This is not how you treat customers. They could’ve had me as a customer for the next 5 to 10 years or longer. 6/1/25 Great customer service. Ronnie was very helpful! She helped me get my trailer into the spot, was struggling to get it in by myself.
