This place is not very well maintained. I’ve found snake skin in my unit several times, which I guess keeps out the mice, but it’s still gross. The icing on the cake for me was them raising the rates by $30 without any notice. It’s not like they had done anything to justify the price increase either. There’s much nicer facilities for the price. Response to owner: I did check the address, it is correct. I emailed and asked for proof of them being mailed out and haven't gotten a response. You could have resent the notice or emailed it, but haven't. Regardless, it's just shady and unjustified. I've rented several storage units in my life and never once had the price increased. I wish I would have read the contract better, but the fact that you can increase the price on 30 days notice (that you may or may not have sent) should be a red flag for any one planning to rent space here in the future. If you are going to have something like that in your contract, it should be 60-90 days and send multiple notices (via mail and email). Ultimately, you should honor the price people signed up for. I only need a few more months anyway and you could charge the next person the update price if you see fit to raise the rates.

We booked the unit over the phone from out of state. We specified we were looking for a fully enclosed unit with a concrete floor sealed so no bugs or rodents could enter the unit. We were told the unit was clean and safe from critters. When we arrived, we were on a muddy road. The door was broken. We were advised on the phone to yank it hard, and it did open. When we lifted the door, we were greeted by the odor of engine oil. The ground was dirt, covered in insects, rodent feces, broken glass, nails, and large patches of engine oil. It was not the clean sealed unit we were informed it would be. In fact, there were many dug out holes under the doors of the units from animals. Needless to say, we did not stay. Before you drive your RV to these units, go check them out in person. We feel we were very misled, which didn't display any integrity. Perhaps they feel if they were honest about the condition of their property no one would rent from them. Who knows.

Safe and secure storage for my rv and trailer. Friendly staff and easy, quick access to my spaces. Price is right and I saved 10% for three month prepay - not much but saving is saving. Overall I’m pleased with the yard and ease of payments. Amy is incredible and she is on point with everything while being fair and friendly. She’s a true asset to the company.

The previous storage lot where I park my RV called me one day and said they sold the property and had five days to find a place to park my RV. This was the only place I could find with availability and it is at least twice the price for outdoor storage. I now know why it has availability. If I could write this place zero stars I would. I still have my RV parked there but I am completely unsure if it’s parked in the right location. Nothing is marked properly the property is way overgrown. There is never anyone at the property doing any sort of customer service. I booked With the kiosk on site it was supposed to get three months at 50% off. It wouldn’t take my card or my ID to do the rental. I finally got a contract by using their website that also offered me the three months 50% off and then charge me the full price. I called and left several messages on their answering line in the only person that called me back was from Alabama I believe and said they weren’t responsible for the site and will have the site manager call me. I have still not received a call. So if this point I really hope someone else doesn’t try to go do a rental and think that my RV is in their spot. I took the best guess based on the numbering on the side that I parked in who knows. If anybody reads this review please reach out to me.

This was by far the best storage rental experience I've ever had, and I've had to rent a few in the past. Trevis was kind, attentive, and got me what I needed and in the system for immediate use. I definitely recommend him and this facility to anyone who needs additional space, or in my case last minute storage for most of my belongings. It's not main stream but a family feel and the price if beyond fair. Give them a try.
