I found that the web site was user friendly and I easily reserved my Storage spot with my designated Size.
The following day Wesley the manger called me and left me a voice mail. I then went into the Storage facility and Wesley was thorough and patient as he explained the process to me. He also showed me the unit via his golf cart and in fact showed me additional units based on my interest and size needed.

I was in constant communication after starting my journey from Palm Springs California all the way to Chattanooga Tennessee. During my 2000 mile trip however, I spilled some water on my contact information and final address in Chattanooga. I can't recall the woman I spoke with but she texted me the address while 3-4 hours outside of Chattanooga and kept open a few minutes past closing to make sure I had everything I needed to start off loading my moving van. Well beyond what most companies would do. I highly recommend the storage facility where I ended up. It is close to the airport. The Saturday team working that day were exceptional. I am so happy with this choice of facility. It is well-managed and after completing the initial paperwork, you can easily access the storage unit from 6am-10pm. The storage units are in a secure and temperature-regulated facility. The only thing to be aware of is there are some hidden costs - an admin fee as well as a special lock you have to buy.
