I have had the worse experience at this facility. First, for being a newly built building the ceiling caved in on our storage unit! Installation all over my clothes, sofas, tvs, etc. Michael, the manager told me that we had insurance, never informing us that if you’re late on a payment it cancels! He’s also quite the liar. Telling me the insurance policy comes with the unit. Clearly he doesn’t know every aspect of his job! This place is awful! I wouldn’t recommend this to any family that is going through hardship and needs to place their things in a storage facility! The cheap fees they try to lure you in with is also a joke! The price will rise! Go somewhere else don’t waste your time at this place! Public storage is right down the street!

Michael Smith provided great customer service. We were going to go with a different storage company due to price point and he kept searching for something for us. He was able to give us a comparable storage onsite for a decent price point so we stayed. He was personable and professional.
