So far my set up experience was great. Melanie was amazing! She was very informative and transparent about the fees and policies, not to mention very pleasant. She showed me how to find my unit space, the door closest to it, how to operate the gate code and lock for the unit. She was very personable. I came in a few prior to finalizing to see the unit spaces and was not greeted with the same energy.

I spoke with Crystal who greeted me with a fabulous smile and she was very welcoming. She demonstrated excellent customer service, Helped me to download the App. She explained all of the cost and took me to see the space I was renting right away. Awesome experience. Location is great and cost is comparable. Thank you Crystal for restoring my trust in quality customer service and overall human kindness.
