UPDATE: I recently got a unit for the second time at this facility. If I could give more than 5 Stars I would. After moving in I received a call informing me I failed to fully engage the slide lock where you secure the door with the lock. The attendant noticed this on her security check. I was impressed because it looked like it was locked, but it could be jiggled loose and my things were not secure. This company cares about their customers and the safety of our belongings. Thank you, Lighthouse! You guys rock!! Super nice! The best storage company I have ever used. Reservation and checkin were easy and Amanda is courteous and professional. I highly recommend using their service.
