I had just moved back to Georgia and was staying with a good friend of mine. I was driving around with all of our things in the car (which I really didn't want to do). I got up the next morning and was searching online for the closest storage near my friend. Another friend of mine said I should leave it at a mutual friend of ours so I do not have to pay for storage. I told him 'no' getting a storage would be better because I wouldn't have to wait on them to come home while I'm out getting some things done and I didn't feel comfortable leaving my things unattended at anyone's house. Plus, if my things are in a storage I can come and go as I need to especially when I need to get something. The next morning is when I searched online and found Midgard Self Storage in Fayetteville for a great price and a great offer for the storage size that I needed. It was the perfect timing. Eventhough, I wish my unit was on the 1st floor. Everything still fell right in place.Full Review

I looked at Roswell Midgard and another Midgard location that was $20 cheaper per month for same space, but liked Roswell best. Office staff was very helpful. Fencing has barbed wire across top to discourage people climbing over. This facility is fairly new however, my unit had been used previously but was clean. Just needed sweeping out. I have used storage facilities for many years. Where I was storing wanted to raise rent 33% with no loyalty to long term renters.Full Review

Web site stated gate closing 11pm. A bit after 10pm one night I needed to exit, but my code wouldn't work due to after hours access only. I'd have been stuck were it not for someone entering the facility. I complained and was told to get an after hours code, but I had already requested this and was told only businesses are allowed that amenity. They also put me into collections after I notified them by e-mail I was moving out. I looked back in my e-mail and no one attempted to contact me about paying my bill so I assumed they must have received my move out notice. The next contact was from collections. Overall absolute worst experience EVER with a storage facility!Full Review

My experience was extremely unpleasant. The manager at this facility has an unpleasant approach and is unprofessional. After dealing with her and her negative comments I decided to take my ID and walk off. I've rented storage here before and I would have left a better review, but management has changes. If you don't mind dealing with a fat, arrogant Caucasian bitch then by all mean go for it but if you are not up for bullshit and live peaceful in your own skin then this is not the place for you. 10 Federal is easily reached and very clean; I was pleasantly surprised. The code worked without any difficulty, as did the combination on the lock. The door slid up and down SO easily, and the large carts were so helpful in getting all my things into the space. The good thing about it is they give you the things that you need to to take your boxes to give you your lock for your unit.
