Purchased a unit on Tues 1/17 to use while moving for several months, manger and I did walk thru of unit and all was good. On Friday 1/20 I received a notification on the app that mgmt overrided my lock and was inside my unit. This was rather alarming someone was inside my unit without my knowledge or consent. I have called multiple times and left multiple voicemails with no call backs. Upon talking to the public storage 1-800 number, they informed me of another issue — the contract that I was promised was a ‘Get 2nd Month’ free and it was not on my account! When I purchased the unit at the location on 1/17, I specifically asked about this and was promised that I was receiving this! I have STILL had no one call me back at this facility to solve either of these 2 issues!
Public Storage CustomerI have done auctions in two different states before moving to Georgia. Each one of them was downright disgusting. I recently won an auction at this location. This location is the cleanest place I have ever been to. Plus, Chris the property manager was so nice that a bookmarked 1106 to let my know about future auctions here. i can't wait for the next one.
