This is the best in-town storage in Gainesville, GA. It is clean, climate controlled and the staff is very helpful. We used this storage company when moving here 12 years ago. It is the only storage business we would consider this time, knowing our belongings that must be stored will be safe and accessible.

I don't like the idea of rates that keep going up and the lame excuse they give to do so, which I don't believe. My rate has shot up to over $200. This is ridiculous!! I'm not pleased at all. I'm a senior on a fixed income and now having to figure out what to do. If I could rate zero, I would!

I have multiple units I’ve been storing with them for years. Reason I store with them and stay with them is because of their manager, Tonya. She is the queen of hospitality and customer service. If you have a need for a storage place, and want excellent customer service and a convenient location, this is the place to go.
