Been here several years, but this place has gone downhill. Spiders and bugs everywhere, when they're used to not be any. The property management has been told about the roof leaking but nothing has been done. Have not been able to get ahold of anyone In the last 6 months. Not one returned phone call. The answering service is just an endless hold loop. I randomly found the property manager onsite one day a few months ago, but the roof still leaks in my unit to this day. Can't use 1/4 of the unit I'm paying for due to the water leaking. I've resorted to keeping a bucket in my unit to catch the roof leak water.
Whitney BNice unit. Property is.well lit and feels very safe even at night. Do have a Lil bit of insect issue with the outside units but nothing a little raid at my door didn't fix...
