Facility Overview & What to Expect
Verified Customer Reviews
DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY. We moved at the end of May/early June 2025 while relocating from another part of Georgia. When we were moving out of our unit (Feb 2026), we discovered rat droppings all over our furniture and belongings. Before placing our items into storage, we thoroughly cleaned and wiped everything down. We also selected a climate-controlled unit to ensure the best possible protection for our belongings. In addition, we purchased insurance coverage for up to $3,000. When we attempted to file a claim, we were informed by the claims department that the damage was considered “environmental” and that we would only receive $250 in coverage. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating, especially given the level of coverage we paid for. The facility is poorly managed. It is nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone, and there appears to be little concern for customers’ belongings. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere. The pictures were taken well after trying to clean the freaking furniture in Disgust. Wish I would have taken pictures sooner, especially our couch. Some of it was on the floor from taking a broom to it. Does anyone think $250 dollars would replace anything? Not a chance
Edit to add: the VP has since reached out to help rectify the situation. My door has been broken since 10/22/25. I’ve reported it so many times and keep getting the run around as to why my door cannot get fixed (repair man on vacation, needed my key but never called to tell me, needed a part yet no one’s been out to look at it, etc..). We were unable to open the door when we took the lock off, the door buckled. I took my key to the office on 11/19. As of today, 12/22/25, our door is still broken. I’ve called multiple times but no one is ever onsite to respond. The gate has been broken since they took over the site so no code is ever needed to get into the facilities. I’ve reached out via chat to get help, they were unhelpful. On Saturday, 12/13/25, I stopped by to check on everything, door still broken and lock intact. By Monday 12/15/25, my unit locked was missing and my unit ransacked. I’ve filed a police report but there are no cameras in ANY of the buildings so it’s hard to get any information on who it was. Whomever broke in completely took the lock and the door was split a little so they were able to get the door open. No one was on site so I had to call the customer service line and pretended like I needed to talk to someone about renting a new unit just to be able to speak to a human. They escalated the call but I ended up hanging up because they were unhelpful. On Saturday, 12/20/25, we went and cleaned up our unit, reorganized everything, and assessed if anything was taken. I stopped by on 12/22/25 and lo and behold, my lock (that hey provided…so they have the code) was cut and moved!! I’ve asked for the district and regional manager to contact me, but no one will call me. I’ve filled out the surveys and expressed my dismay, no response. I’ve contacted the BBB, they’ve dismissed my case saying it’s not a matter for the BBB. I need someone to contact me. I’m tired of the run around that I’ve been getting. I’m beyond frustrated and I’ve been incredibly patient but that well has run dry. DO NOT RENT HERE if you want your things secured. The safety and security of your things is not their top priority.
I started the process online but didn't complete due to needing some questions answered. Before I could even call them, Sara reached out to me first!! With every step taken, she called to confirm and inform! This is what Customer Service is all about. The units are affordable and property well kept. Great experience so far
Samantha was so pleasant to work with!!! She was very detailed and very patient with all my questions….we got my daughter storage all set up and we will be using them next in August for our storage when moving ourselves! You need to give Samantha a raise, she is a keeper!!! 😃 thank you!
No notice and an immediate rate increase of $75. No email, phone call, or text. No due notice to allow you to move out if the increased rate is an issue. I'd recommend buying a shed or getting rid of stuff before id ever trust this company again. Thankfully I'm prepared to move out! I hope other customers aren't too caught up to notice, and can leave this place. I thought there were laws and regulations to prevent this type of thing, but big business isn't to be trusted, apparently. They force you to pay for insurance as well. Originally the cost of rent was $150 with StoreEase. Increased to $175 and then $250. If there isn't a law against this, we certainly need one.
