Outstanding Service from Charlotte! I can’t say enough good things about my experience at USA Storage! From the moment I walked in, Charlotte made everything effortless. She took the time to walk me through all my options, answered every question I had with genuine patience, and made sure I understood exactly what I was getting. Her knowledge of the facility was impressive, but what really stood out was how kind and approachable she was throughout the entire process. The facilities themselves are top-notch - clean, well-maintained, and secure. You can tell they take pride in how they run this place. But honestly, it’s Charlotte who makes this location exceptional. She turned what could have been a stressful task into a pleasant experience. I don't submit many reviews, but I was impressed enough by Charlotte to submit one. The facility is new, clean, and nice for starters which is great. Charlotte's professionalism and attentiveness was exceptional, to the point that I asked if she was an owner of the facitily. It's very convenient to TOB, average pricing, and great service.
