HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS of DAMAGE to my personal items and furniture due to my UNIT FLOODING after rain!!! I spoke to another person working on the unit beside mine that ALSO had TWO UNITS FLOODED and items ruined!!! You pay all of this money to store valuables, and the owners do absolutely nothing to address drainage issues to the point where you might as well just throw everything in a ditch outside! They don't seem to care about what happens to property in their facility. Soaked with water and mud from rain runoff pouring straight into the building! Sentimental and irreplaceable things ruined, and it sounds like I'm not the only one! If you have a unit here you should remove your things now and if you are thinking about using this storage don't!!! I'm so disappointed and heartbroken.
