I have been with you guys for about 2 years now.And I can say that I like all of the people that you've had there , and I really like the manager , that's there now. Richard is very nice , considerate , helpful and accommodating. He is very quick with helping you with any issues.And he also will help you if you need help moving in.He has really good referrals , and he does a really good job. I am a big stickler on customer service and he has excellent customer service.

The staff is excellent and professional. I dropped my cell phone down the elevator shaft. It was found. I was contacted and able to pick it up. They are a lifesaver and the best. I have been renting for 3 years. Close proximity to KSU. My daughters love it. Thank you Richard and the staff at extra storage space.

Let me start off saying the manager was amazing. He was a manager that really cared about customers things. My things was going for action, and he made sure that I could get my things. He really wanted to do soooo much more too help when I thought I could not pay. Will I did pay, I just want too thank Richard for not giving up on me. Came in today almost in a frenzy because I have to be out my other storage by November and Ms. Nicole took great care of me! She eased my nerves and even saved me a few dollars when I was trying to make a not so good decision on unit size.
