The woman that assisted me on 2/10
The woman that assisted me on 2/10, in store was great. She answered all my questions and included if I needed any additional information to " just ask, they are there to help." I left there feeling at ease.

Website is confusing.
The website(s) is confusing because there are so many locations and it isn’t clear which one might be being booked. Also there is evidently a difference between “reserving” a unit and “renting” one, which is also not clear on the websites. That being said, once I called and talked to the manager, he was very helpful and gave me guidance.
