I’ve had a great experience at this Public Storage location, and a huge part of that is thanks to Dolly, the site manager. In a time where kindness feels rare, she shows up with patience, professionalism, and genuine care every single time. She goes out of her way to make the process smooth and stress‑free, and it truly makes a difference. If you’re looking for a storage facility where you’re treated like a person and not just a unit number, this is the place.

Since June 2025, I’ve been dealing with Dolly and she is an Excellent customer service person. Even though they moved her away from my location she is always there to help me out and anyone who needs it. She always looks out for you. Great Person.
