Horrible!! As a customer you have gate access till 10pm, why is there no access to the hand carts? I had an extremely heavy item that I bought to my unit at night around 9:15pm when my moving help was available to assist me. Not one cart in sight! And, the office was closed. I had to go back home, get an old rug that we were throwing out and drag the large piece of glass through the hallway, onto the elevator, and down the halls to my unit. Imagine the strain on all 3 of our backs pulling this heavy piece of "expensive" glass down the halls. I could not reschedule the moving help due to a rescheduling fee that I would've incurred. Instead of a price increase on my account without any reason... They need to think of a convenient system to have more than 2 carts available at all times!

The reservation and checkin process was seamless. The attendant was very helpful and courteous. The facility is well Maintained and clean. The price for my unit 5x10 Was very economical for My needs. I will definitely recommend this location To friends and families.

I had an incredible experience registering for a storage unit, all thanks to Evelyn. She answered all of our questions. She showed us the unit and even gave us recommendations for which unit to get.
