Excellent customer service. She welcomed me into the business. She immediately told me what was available. She also told me about the ongoing promotions and which ones I could take advantage of. She showed me my space. She ended it by saying thank you that I was a value customer.And if there was anything else that she could assist me with, don't hesitate to ask. My experience with extra storage has been great. Everyone I encountered that work there is extremely helpful and polite. I really appreciate Neekela who I believe is one of your best employees. She has been beyond helpful and kind in making sure I had proper information about my unit. She always have patience and ready to help and answer any questions I might have. I had a little anxiety when I arrived at the storage unit because I had no idea of the process and how to get in my unit. I called the number on the front door and immediately Chimere the assistant manager answered and said she was on the premises and would come down. She went above and beyond, taking me to my unit and showing me everything I needed to know to get in. She was absolutely God sent, an angel! Extra storage is brand new and so nice inside , I love the climate control and how the unit lights up when you walk inside. Chimere thank you for all your help this morning. I will definitely recommend Extra storage space to anyone looking for storage.
