This is the best storage in Macon. The facility is very clean and well maintained and I particularly love the drive in area. The lady in the office Gloria was very helpful and kind the entire time storing here. The move in process was easy and seamless as well as the move out process.I highly recommend storing with Devon Self Storage.

My friends was by far the best I’ve had with any storage. I’ve traveled around over the years between Miami Atlanta, Texas and this is the best storage for real. They’re spacious clean and I love the fact that I can drive my vehicle inside. Don’t even let me start on the customer service I had to switch my orders a couple of times not only with the lady patient. She didn’t make me feel like I was making her frustrated and I know I probably was getting on her nerves. I really appreciate the great customer service. The only downside was the customer rep that I spoke to that was clearly not on site advised me that a lock would be in my storage unit when I got there if I didn’t have one luckily the lady at the actual facility ended up calling me and advised me that it wasn’t one in there but I was able to purchase one for $20 and I did so thank you so much. She took the time to explain everything clearly and helped me choose the storage unit that best fit what I needed. What I appreciated most was how comfortable she made the whole process feel. Renting storage can be a little stressful, but Gloria was very welcoming and made everything simple and easy to understand. Her customer service was excellent, and you can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. I also want to mention how clean and well-kept everything was. The units themselves were very nice, and the entire facility looked clean, organized, and well maintained, which made me feel even better about storing my belongings there. I had a lot of questions about access hours, security, and the process, and she was very patient and took the time to explain everything clearly.
