Chanel at Cubesmart provided the best customer service I've ever received from any organization! She was very supportive and attentive to my situation and went above and beyond to help me. I give her a 5 out of 5, 10 out of 10, 20 out of 10 if I could. She's absolutely amazing and she's a person that every organization needs. My business hired a moving/freight company to deliver inventory to the facility and move it to their units. The 3rd party freight company completely underdelivered on what they were supposed to do and it was all happening in real time. It was a disaster. Chanel stepped up and was a major support with making sure I was not left in a horrible situation. I have a hospitality business degree from a major university known for hospitality, as well as have worked at the major companies that focus on the customer. Chanel is so great, she could teach a class about this. No one wants to end up in the situation I did, but having a person who truly cares and supports makes all of the difference in the world. Chanel has truly provided the best customer service I've ever experienced, and she's makes me want to brag about this location to everyone who has a storage need. (Also the facility is very clean and easy to maneuver)

He was very nice, friendly, customer service oriented, answered my questions and was professional. I appreciate the fact that they all called me to assure me that if I had questions or concerns that I could follow up with them and welcomed me to Cubesmart as a new customer.
