Orlando is great, that’s why I am giving two starts. If it wasn’t for him it would get a 1. DO NOT RENT with extra space storage. They use the bait and switch tactic. Our rent went from $50 to $177, it’s gone up 3x and we have called to get it down twice. Not sure how this company as a whole stays in business. However, Orlando is amazing, great person, great energy, and great customer service.

Tamara BrownI highly recommend Extra Space Storage on Powers Ferry Road. I’ve been renting unit(s) at this location since February 2025 and it has been nothing by a great experience. I’m in and out every few months - and I know that my belongings are safe and secure. I stopped into the office today and Orlando provided me 10/10 customer service. It was also great seeing Mark - who set me up back in February 2025 - and also provided 10/10 customer service. What I anticipated as a short-term rental has turned long-term, but I find comfort in knowing that I have nothing to worry about.
