Had a problem with the Bluetooth lock not working on the first unit they assigned me, but just switched units and all is good, or so I thought. The second time I visited the unit to get something out of it, the Bluetooth latch would not re-lock. It was just a few minutes before 10 which is their published closing time, and nobody would answer the phone. It took me about 12-15 minutes worth of opening, making sure it was closed, re-closing stepping on the handle to be sure that it was closed all the way, knocking on it, banging on it, disconnecting and reconnecting my Bluetooth and finally after slamming it open and closed, it locked and I could leave. I will be looking for another unit that just has a padlock. I was a little disappointed that they gave me a gate code, which led me to believe that the units were fenced or at least had a gate that prevented potential thieves from driving through, but there is no fence, or gate. I was also a little confused by them furnishing a padlock with no way to use it. Unit is easily accessible and was clean. Fair price.

The doors have no assistance and are very very much a piece of the problems with the spa the carts are too long to bkt be banging into everything. I love yhe 2r hour access anf keyless entry. I do like that. Your agent that assisted with transferring and really openi g my new account t with you was fantastic. I cannot remember his name. Outstanding rental experience! Asia and Greg are amazing and very knowledgeable. The facility is stellar, clean, secure, and easily accessible. The property is covered with at least 60 cameras which is very reassuring. June 25, 2026 update. Adding Q and Wayne. This team always has the customer first attitude.
