I've been here since July 2023. Please don't come here. I REPEAT DON'T COME HERE. This company arbitrarily raises your rates. When I first started here it was an affordable $74 dollars per month and that was with the insurance they require you to have. In the span of two years it has now been raised to $153.00 a month. Why? They claim its so they can stay competitive within the market, here's the thing though....competitive against who? The next storage facility is within 1 mile of my location and guess who owns it, oh yeah XTRA SPACE STORAGE. They don't even give you ample time to adjust. You get a notice and literally get 30 days to decide what you want to do. Let's not even talk about the fire 🔥 they had last year. Another thing because of that fire 🔥 they wouldn't let you use the facility after 5 pm. So where was the credit for all the people who could only use the facilities after 6 pm? Yeah that's right they gave us none. I don't even get off work until 6 so I couldn't even use my storage 😒 because of this fire. I'm providing screen shots of the map to their so called competitive within the market crap. Also a photo of my rate being raised again. DO NOT STORE YOUR ITEMS AT xtra space storage.... they'll just raise your rates because they want to.

They're great so long as you pay in advance before they randomly double the price on you. Only the online prices are reasonable, don't get pricing in the office, they'll charge double and won't tell you to go online to check for the lower price. The office staff is reasonable as long a you maintain communication.

Sandra is super helpful made transferring units a breeze. Also informed us that there are multiple access points to the building that we were not informed about when we originally signed up with them.
