If I could give 10 stars I would! Talk about someone who consistently goes above and beyond! Shan provides excellent service every time. At move in I caught her as she was about to go on her break and she made sure before she left that my questions were answered. Additionally on a different day, just before close, I arrived once again and she went above and beyond to ensure all my questions were answered and corrected a misunderstanding that I'd initially received over the phone. She resolved the matter quickly and professionally!!! I'm really glad i chose this location! Shan, thankyou so much for everything you did for me today! I really appreciate you!

This facility is very clean, organised and well run. The manager Shan is attentive and readily available for any queries. My only qualm with the company in general was the two price increases in the 9 months I was there. Apart from that, it was a pleasant experience. I accessed my storage unit a few times a week and never had any issues. I would recommend this site.
