We moved in our stuff the same day all of SCAD did so it was crazy to start. With one of the 2 elevators broken it turned into a madhouse. That said - Michael absolutely took control of the craziness and somehow got everyone taken care of. Can't say enuf good things about him. Place is new, easy to get to, safe, secure and well-lit, with a great loading area as well, so it's a no-brainer choice if you're even anywhere close to the location. Thanks again Mike - appreciate you!

This unit on Chatham Parkway in Savannah is outstanding. We’ve worked with them for the past two years for a summer rental. They are very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we might have whether great or small.

This place earned 5 stars because of the customer service and patience given by the associate on duty. He helped us look at various unit size options and even gave us the option to pay online if we choose to store with the company and they are closed. I ❤️ how clean the areas are, the amount of space per the rate, and the fact a lock comes with the unit. Hope this post helps if you decide to move into a unit. Oh yeah they had boxes and tape for sale too.

Clean storage. Friendly staff. Just don’t come here if you have small children with no help. The security features on this elevator is really tight in a good and bad way. I was going upstairs with my 2 year old and when the elevator door opened she ran out unto the floor. As I was grabbing the buggy to push out of the elevator, the elevator began to close between my daughter and I. I tried everything in my power to stop it from closing. I even placed my arm in between the doors and it continued to close. I quickly pushed the “open” button and the door remained closed. As my daughter stood alone on the other side crying, scared and confused, I had to pull my phone out to find my access pin to retype into the keypad to get the door to open. These doors close way to fast and once it starts it doesn’t stop. If you ever need to come here with your small kids, please place something in between the doors as SOON as it opens because it closes rapidly.

Bob in Savannah has been super helpful in securing a unit for our daughter doing summer break from college. He was quick to call back and very informative to get us what we needed so we don't have to worry. Very much appreciated being 16hrs away trying to coordinate everything.
