On the above time and date 3:20pm 06/29/26 I came to Extra space storage to pay my pass due balance of $162.80 (one Month) the Manager was there she processed my payment. We talked for a few minutes, she stated that I had a lock on my unit, cool no problem. My access was also denied entry thur the Drive thur! Well around 6pm a came back to access the building Access Denied! The Manager was still there.. Great l went and told her I couldn't get in, she stated I was the last unit # she was putting in the system and also stated she hadn't been up to remove my lock! Ok great she goes up i leave! Handle what you need to handle ill come back once you are GONE! Come back SHE'S GONE!! Still no access to the building i can't get in the building from drive thur! And i need my SHOES!!! I start a new job in the Morning and I can't get in!! My access should have been reinstated once I made my payment of $162.80!! My payment is no longer behind!! Here it is 7:12pm and I still don't have access to the building.
