I have been using this storage facility for over a decade now. Ever since the previous owners Savannah self storage, was bought out by Storage King USA ( Andover Properties, LLC) the prices have gone through the roof and the maintenance is completely unacceptable. I have 4 storage units at this facility and my costs have gone up over $2,000.00 in the course of a year and none of the motors on the three “ security “ access gates have been functional for more than half of a year. The fact that I manually have to open a gate to access my storage units to where they are accessible to a large truck is not commensurate with the &15,000.00 a year I pay annually for their services. I can’t wait to find an alternative storage facility in the next 6 months.
