My property has been safe..management is exceptional wonderful and the property is always clean and well kept. So I had to go to extra space storage today on 78 in Snellville. I had a problem with my bill. RJ was working and I have to tell you this is the most patient employee I have ever run across in my life.. I was so happy that he was there. He went over the bill. He thoroughly explained it to me. I mean, I had several questions on things that I was not understanding, and he patiently explained everything to make sure that I had an understanding of what was going on? I really did appreciate him and his professionalism
