Wow, the lack of customer service is outstanding. This company took over management for another company and their customer ethics are appalling. I have had a unit for over 2 years and when I called for assistance I was advised there is nothing she can do to assist me. I’ve asked for a manager multiple times and get no where. Tamika states that she would prefer to loose my business rather than speak to someone in higher management to find a solution that best fits all parties. Instead of speaking with me she placed me on hold of over 7 minutes and then hung up the phone. I have no choice but to leave this business with a negative review. Please bring back extra space storage they were a a thousand times more accommodating and professional. Space Shop is terrible. Would not recommend.

Best customer service ever!! Tedera is an amazing associate at this Extra Space location. I received a rate increase notice and I called to inquire about a rate decrease. Tedera was helpful in researching the issue and working with her manager. She called me daily to let me know where she was in the process and let me know she would call me the next day. I wasn’t really expecting her to call because everyone says they will call the next day and never do. Well guess what?!? She actually called the next day to provide an update. When it was all said and done, she was able to get the increase lowered. I am grateful for Tedera and her excellent customer service!!

I had a fantastic experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Leon, the assistant store manager. Leon was incredibly friendly, genuinely helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. He made the entire process easy and stress-free, and went above and beyond to answer all my questions. If you need storage and want top-notch service, definitely look for Leon. Highly recommend!

I’ve been with Extra Space Storage for a few years now, and I’ve had nothing but a great experience. Yesterday I did a unit transfer from a 5x8 to a 5x5 after clearing out a lot of my things, and the process couldn’t have been smoother. The store manager, Tedera, was incredibly kind and helpful, just like she always is. She made everything quick, easy, and seamless. I really appreciate the consistent customer service and I have no complaints about my time here. I Highly recommend this location!

Horrible service. I had to literally go through the most just to speak with a manager .My rate with Extra Space Storage was set by the old management for this year at around $140, my original rate. After being with them for over 3 years, a few days after the new company took over, I was unaware of anything, and my rate showed $240 in their system, which is unreasonable for me and way more than the marketplace amount. The manager refused to change my rate back and offered to move me only to a smaller unit, being very nonchalant and mentioning they don't negotiate pricing. It was never a negotiation. My normal rate should have been in the system prior to change of business. Will be moving my things very soon. Do not recommend
