Ive never used a storage unit so upfront and quick, every phone call was handled thoroughly and I was never left guessing anything with billing or move out. The monthly text alerts for billing was very helpful as well. Definitely don’t pass this place up if you are looking for a safe & secure storage unit near Moody AFB!

This is the best place to store your belongings! Working outta of town and coming home all hours of the night and day I am still able to come get my stuff safely! No place else has that . For that I really believe they are the best !

North point storage is a great company. I had them for almost a year. Never any problem. If I am in need of a storage unit again, I will come back.

There's also a key drop off box for U-haul equipment. A representative was there to meet another customer waiting for the truck I was dropping off. The truck or trailer must be left on the grass to prevent blocking any of the storage units. There is no office at this location. You must use the app and have an account to leave equipment here.

We rented a unit for about two years, didn’t have any issues with them! We’re accommodating when we no longer needed to rent out a unit! Would recommend
