Midgard Storage is very convenient and easy to use as a storage facility to store your belongings. The manager Shay is extremely helpful, informative, and goes above and beyond expectations to help us. The layout of the facility is also easy to navigate especially since they have a map of the facility in the main office.

I didn’t know what to expect since there were new owners. I use to rent a storage with the previous owners so I decided to use them again. When I walked in it looked different with no person insight. Then the sign said tap for virtual assistance so I did because I was having issues with my sign in. Blake came on screen and was phenomenal. With our conversation, I had completely forgot that she was virtual. She helped me with my sign on issues and gave me the special I wanted. Check in was a bit different but it was a breeze. I truly felt valued as a customer, how she listened and her patience is top tier. I came in worried with a lot of questions, but I left satisfied with answered questions. Thank you!

If I could give the current management a neagtive star I would. I miss the previous owners, when the storage facility was called, World Storage. The new owners nickle and dime you for Everything. BE WARNED!! Find another Storage facility, there are plenty that are better than this one in Warner Robins. Update: Yes, I have had a Storage unit there for over 10 years. Just because the new owners don't like a review doesn't mean they can lie and pretend like my lease does not exist (see their response to my negative review below). Again be WARNED if you are thinking about renting a unit here, Don't!! It was Soooo much better when it was World Storage. Trust me you will be glad you rented elsewhere. There lack of integrity shows through in the very lie they told about me not having a unit there. This is the kind of company you will be dealing with.

I left a message on their website inquiring about a unit. A local employee from the company called me later the same day, was very responsive, courteous and helpful. I rented a unit solely based on my encounter with her instead of using a competitor.

My experience trying to resolve an issue with Midgard storage has been absolutely horrible. They were dismissive and unsupportive to my concerns. However, after being assisted by two kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and highly skilled customer care professional agents(Amber and Cassy). My problem was immediately tooken care of. I would like to extend my humble gratitude and thanks for you deligent work. Keep up the phenomenal job you're doing!
