The facilities are very clean and save for the elevators sometimes being a little wonky, this was the perfect place to store my things. Sam in the office was also extremely easy to talk to for support, and was able to help me with any issue that I had. If more facilities were like this and more people were like Sam, the world would be a lot more efficient!

If you are looking for a place to store your belongings, I highly recommend Extra Storage Space! The units are very clean and secure so you can feel confident knowing your items are stored safely. The wonderful ladies in the front office, Tracy and Samantha, are very helpful and can provide you with everything you need from start to finish!

I must say being an ex professional hockey player, I've been pretty much surrounded by first class people! Example high end restaurants like bones here in Atlanta! Golf courses very private! I've been surrounded by a serious amount of classy people. I am posting this because"EXTRA SPACE STORAGE IS DEFINITELY FIRST CLASS"! And for me to be able to say it this way it's because of TRACY, SAMANTHA! They were the outmost professionals representing extra space storage. Their demeanor, their professionalism, and just the dedication they had to make us welcome like if we were incredibly special!! They went beyond the roll call of duty to introduce us on how the process works how the elevators work how to handle your storage, they never made us feel like we were burden! We're not Young I'm 71 years old, and for me to be acknowledged like I was someone very special, was truly overwhelming! In closing I would like to say to extra space storage, that TRACY AND AMANDA are an awesome asset to this company! If this was a company that I owned they would definitely be a raise in salary for Tracy and Amanda! I hope at some point that Joseph D. Margolis ceo and Chairman of the Board: Kenneth Woolley (Founder) gets at some point this message that I just wrote!
