Trevor at this location was amazing. I held a unit over the phone via customer service. They said I needed to pay on or before the 27th. That was not the case. It needed to before. Luckily the discounted rate was still available. Trevor walked me through setting it back up, helped me make an extra payment, gave an overnight of the facility, walked me to my unit and described every detail needed and answered all my questions. All this with top care and professionalism. My unit was ready and clean. As for ExtraSpace itself, I give 4 stars. The customer service rep should have given correct instruction. But also, my unit is smaller than 5x5 - the measurement is all external material. It doesn’t subtract the room taken up by structural building materials inside. That was a little annoying and I’m sure awkward for Trevor every time he gets the shocked look and questions. Facility was clean, well kept, properly functioning and Trevor was phenomenal. Sooooo 5 stars for him!!!

He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure everything was handled smoothly from start to finish. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Highly recommend this location, and definitely ask for Trevor if you can!

Trevor was very helpful in set up! I rented the unit online and came into the office to coordinate opening the unit and get verified, and he was nothing short of helpful and professional. The entire space was very clean. Edit: Mallory helped a lot in the move-out process, fielding several calls form me with questions and making sure things went smoothly.

Been at this location for a couple years now and have had great experience - I have appreciated the cleanliness and had great security for this facility which we like. We needed to move to a smaller unit recently and Travis was so helpful getting us in a new unit right up the hall from where we were before. Making the transition seamless. It’s nice to come across a kind and helpful employee! He was awesome!
