Terrific experience with Moonui Storage from my first call all the way through to move it. The staff are helpful, anticipate my concerns, available to help out to be sure the rental and move in went well. The facility is brand new, conveniently located off H-1, and spotlessly clean. We used the huge rolling door to move in at the staff's suggestion, with dolly available to move furniture. Parking right outside so it was a breeze. When the ownership changed, the business became less of a win-win company and less accommodating to the customer's situations. The space was clean with friendly staff since I started over 5 years ago, but the prices kept increasing with no increase in amenities or service. Alex was very helpful in explaining the rental process and also showing us a variety of storage spaces that would be suitable for our storage needs. The paper work was quick and we were able to moving in right away. We setup auto pay so we do have to worry about our fees.
