Went to the local office in Eagle this morning with questions on our new unit rental. Cody and Erika were very thorough on their answers to me. Their professionalism, patience, friendliness and accommodating attitudes were far above any other storage company that I inquired to find a unit to meet our needs. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to rent.

I accidentally reserved a unit at the location off Five Mile and Dennis there was so understanding, helped me with my refund and sent me to Erika at the Eagle location. When I arrived at the Eagle location, Erika was extremely helpful and mentioned that Dennis already called and explained the situation to her. She was thorough with her explanation of all fees including taxes so I knew what to expect and answered every question I had. We are extremely happy with our choice and love that the facility is clean and safe.

The staff is awesome! So friendly and helpful! Went online to get the storage unit.Went by two days later and the front office gal showed me where it the storage unit is- she was so sweet...took her a jar of my homemade cowboy candy!

We worked with the staff at Storage Mart and were very pleased. Erica was very kind and considerate to my situation with all my kiddos and tried to accommodate us to the best of her ability.
