There was a lovely person named Michelle whom answered my call in Mountain Home. We filled everything out virtually over the emails she sent and I parked my new to me Motorhome in a space in no time.. made it to my nephews party and I’m very grateful for her awesome service as I was in Idaho falls! They treated me with respect and were super helpful when I would ask questions. The staff is also super quick with getting back to you. They have great security as well, they have someone walk the units to make sure all if good. I had a lock on my unit that was not locked properly (my fault) and when the staff noticed it was unlocked they were quick and transparent to let me know of the issue. Truly they handled it the best!

Was very easy to get our storage unit. Great price. Facility is nice and clean. Access is easy to access. The lady that I talked to over the phone was helpful and nice to work with.
