So they messed up on out account and that caused some stress. We was homeless and so yes we did have food in our storage unit. OMG that was a nightmare, the mice had a huge party and it was disturbing and disgusting. Policy I guess says you can't have food in your storage unit. Our mistake, we hasn't had stuff in storage before and never had this as an issue and it's a storage unit on the same road. They did tell me yes we have a mice problem and err are setting traps the week we was moving our stuff out. Hmmm just don't know what to even say about this

Christopher GarnettDECEPTIVE MARKETING. Their site implies your price is locked in, but they raised my monthly price over $100 within just a few months! Quickly became the higher priced storage unit in the Valley after giving a good price. Great facility though.

She sent me to the location where Andrew also was determined to find a work-around to the glitch, to my satisfaction. I had already met Jaime when I originally went to take a look at the facility, which was very clean, gate code, and lock with code--helpful for other family members; no reliance on keys. In one week, I had encounters with 3 employees, all who were professional and customer-driven.
