I had a magical experience at Extra Space Storage! Ruth walked me through the options both on the phone and in person. She was fantastic at making sure I understood how thier systems worked. Andrew helped make sure everything went smoothly as well. I look forward to working with them in the future as they were both very knowledgeable and helpful. The indoor units here are a perfect fit. If you need Storage for any reason, these are the people you want to work with.

Two stars because they are pretty easy to access. They raise prices almost monthly, there are wood shavings and leaves everywhere. I'm afraid to even get into my belongings to see what is going on. Everything is covered in dust. I get it's a storage unit, but for what this place charges? Please. We aren't even using this storage long-term, but for in between a move. We'd choose another location, but it would mean moving 6 units. You'd think we'd get better quality or a price break, but no. The local guy offered one once, without us asking, but the prices went up the next month and have continued rising. Can't wait to move on.

This is easily the cleanest storage unit I’ve ever had, and Andrew at the front desk is one of the nicest, most helpful people I’ve ever worked with when it comes to a service I’m paying for. He helped me with the billing on my unit, he helped me get into my unit when I had trouble with the door (user error on my part), and he’s never made me feel bad for coming in and asking for his help. 10/10, I absolutely recommend this location for honest, clean storage services, and amazing customer/technical service from Andrew on top of that.

The BEST most responsive customer service. We have loved having our belongings stored somewhere so safe and secure but also very accessible to us. Definitely worth the money. :)

Andrew and staff have been amazing!!! When I need storage again, I will be back, and I highly recommend this location to anyone needing storage!
