Joe Sr. is so friendly and hospitable, it’s a pleasure doing business with him! This storage facility is well maintained and beautifully kept. They also sell moving supplies and rent U-Haul trucks. Highly recommend this place on Kings Road for storage and moving needs :)

The manager was very helpful to my friend and I. He brought a cart over so we could stack smaller items on it. It was snowing and windy and he said we could use a door to access a warm area if we wanted. We just hustled and finished our task quickly.

There are a lot of storage facilities in the Nampa area, but this is the only facility that I will ever pay for a unit. The location is great, I love that N. Kings Rd. feels a bit remote. Getting in and out of the facility is never an issue. The on-site manager, Joe, always goes above and beyond. He’s a huge reason why this facility will always have my business. He is incredibly friendly, and always has my best interest in mind as a customer. I recently needed to switch units as I had to downsize to a climate controlled unit for the summer heat. Joe made the entire experience easy and painless. When I expressed that I wanted to keep my previous lock, he went out of his way to make sure that I could. Lastly, I’d like to note that the facility is always incredibly clean, and there are plenty of carts available for moving heavier items. I highly recommend this location if you are looking to store something long term. You won’t regret it.
