This place is Awesome! The young couple that run the Stor-it Self Storage on Middleton and Lake Lowell Rd. In Nampa, ID Are amazing people. Clean and safe facility. I couldn't be happier with my decision to store my things with them. 😁😁 and it has 24hr access. 👍

Just recently moved to Idaho needed a large storage facility, told Gabby of my need she put me on a list for one of the bigger size units, and as soon as one became available, she called me and it was a super easy process to rent the unit. I am looking forward to many years of this unit and grateful for Gabby and all your help.

Got a U-haul truck here and used it for 10 miles in about 3 hours to move a couch. Turned it in and they charged me for four gallons of gas.....for ten total miles, I checked the gas indicator when i turned it it it had not moved. I called to fix it and they suggested that i call U-haul to resolve it. Not worth the fight but I will not go here again.

I called a couple months back about an RV covered storage space and at the time, there was no availability. Jazz put me on the waiting list. Fast forward to yesterday and I got a call that a space was available. In talking with jazz, he was helpful and friendly and made sure I understood he wouldn't give up the space until I got back to him or he getting back to me. I had the pleasure of talking with Caleb from the meridian office who took all my information as jazz wasn't available when I called. Another positive experience. From that call to docu-signing forms, all was seamless and easy. Jazz followed up with me to get my access code set up and it was that easy! The reviews spoke for themselves and we're stoked we got the space we wanted so close by with a storage company that clearly makes sure the client is taken care of.
