At the South 12th Avenue location in Nampa, we had an outstanding experience. We rented our unit in 2024, when we sold our home and came back in 2025 to clean it out to move to our new house. Tom and the other staff were helpful, gave us get recommendations when we first set up the rental. When we were clearing it out and moving our items, they werw again courteous, professional and supportive. Would highly recommend this place, a great value for outstanding service.

A new edit. I sent them an email complaining about ANOTHER rent increase. Told them I was moving to a new storage facility as soon as I could, did not give a date. They wrote me back giving me the date to move out. This company is the worst. Beware. Read all the 1star reviews. We’re all complaining about rate increases. They are constantly increasing the rate. Every few months you’ll get an email saying they are competing with rates and will raise yours significantly. I started at $75 and am now paying $144. They are a ripoff. Beware bad business practices and go to a local storage unit. This one was bought out by a conglomerate and will bleed you dry. Edit for their response: they offer nothing that justifies or balances the price increase. Nothing has been added to my experience with all the rate hikes.
