We got a unit here and when we brought over some items we forgot our lock. It was late at night and we were coming back the next day with a lock. First thing in the morning Candy called to Let us know that we had forgotten our lock. They’re really on top of things. We know for sure our items are safe.

How professional is it to not reply to email or voicemails? Who ever is working here is being paid way too much. There is no where on the site that allows you to cancel a unit. When you contact them to cancel they ignore you just hoping to charge your card and you let it slide. How American?! If you guys try to charge my card for another month I will be taking you to court. I didnt sign anything saying you can charge me forever!
