Got a new storage unit because we’ve been having a lot of difficulty and trouble with storage in the home. We started a business working from home and have had too much to deal with at the home so we got a new storage unit. The storage unit is actually have a lot of space and are very spacious and are pretty achieve monthly instead of having a garage for example. More specifically, If you pay a mortgage, the garage isn’t an added cost, but if you rent an apartment renting a garage is an added cost to the base price. Specifically it comes to around $50 per month for a storage unit versus renting a garage in rented apartment is $100 per month so thank god for the business, thank god for the service. It works very well if you need storage for your personal belongings like home decor or jackets etc.

I would give it negative stars if I could… so this place is the cheapest in cost but also the cheapest company in the storage business. To start this location has no inside drop off or even assigned parking. You leave your stuff outside in a truck hoping it is not raining snowing or someone doesn’t walk off with your items. Then they have no carts to help you move your items inside. When I called they told me I was expected to bring my own cart. This location has unfinished offices and just today I found an open unit with rotting food and junk. Just a matter of time before it gets rats. Update I had my unit broken into by someone that know my lock ( company issued lock) combination… and they refused to help the police until well over the 40 days of video storage they have… can someone say inside job. And you would think a company that says they have security would want to find out what happen nope going on almost 2 full months and no one from the company has called

I just got a storage here a few days ago and it’s HORRIBLE! Trash is everywhere, homeless people are all over the storage. There appears to be people who lives in their storage, one actually walked up on me while I was in my storage for the first time putting my things away. I reported the elevator being out because I had to carry ALL my boxes and totes by hand to the lower level which is where my storage is located because the darn elevator don’t work and they lied as if they were going to put the complaint in and have it fixed. This isn’t a storage, this is a damn homeless shelter!!!

I love it there. It was nice and cool there meeting new people there. And they have restrooms i had to look for it but I found it lol. But very nice.
