Amazing! I have been ripped off by another storage company for years and I was tired of it. I found Extra Space Storage with a Google search and I'm so glad that I did. 1) The Customer Service Rep, Darren, contacted me the day after I made my online reservation. He was SUPER helpful! Answered all of my questions and expedited my application for the facility. 2) I went the next day to inspect the new unit and was very happy. The unit was ready and had my new lock inside the unit already. 3) Darren was able to send my gate code information so I could download the app, and it works beautifully! 4) We had 11" of snow a few days prior to this. They had all of the parking lot and aisles cleared when I arrived. (I had been to the old site the day before and they had touched NOTHING.) 5) This is a brand-new facility and it's beautiful. Security lights. Cameras. Everything you would want. 6) The price is very reasonable, and I will be moving my other 3 units to this site. As long as they don't surprise me with a super large rental increase (as the last site did...they doubled my "introductory fee in 3 months), I will recommend them all day long!

A very nice storage facility, the app they use is easy to navigate as well. The security is also state of the art. I highly recommend them if you need a place to either temporarily or permanently store your possessions.

Unata was very helpful, courtesy, and pleasant to talk to. She got me all hooked-up with a storage unit in very little effort or rims on my part. Unata is a great front person.
