The staff at Prairie Street storage went above and beyond to help us when we had an issue, they were quick to respond, quick to resolve the issue, and by the way, the issue was not anything that they caused, and not only were they professional, but they were kind and caring. I would recommend Prairie Street storage to anyone who’s looking for a storage unit with staff who care.

Very poor to work with. They have extremely limited hours for appointments to rent a unit. No onsite presence. Sales girl works from her car covering all their businesses and she quits working at 4. Made special arrangement to meet the owner/boss at 5 after we get off work for a promised unit. Arrived and suddenly nothing was available. Boss seemed confused and really couldn't tell whether a certain unit was available or not. Systems were inaccurate and sales girl unavailable to clarify. So after waiting two days and making special arrangements at work to accommodate their limited schedules, I ended up with nothing except a pitch to bait and switch me to a different one of their properties that would not work for me. Waste of time and not particularly friendly attitudes from either party I dealt with. I'd look elsewhere first if you want decent service

The climate controlled space I rented is clean and well lit. I like it's location too. Vehicle storage is also available.
