I appreciate the kindness and professionalism Extra Space storage showed me, the representative there, I forgot his name (charge it to my mind not my heart Navy Veteran brain) but he owns the cool mustang. He was a great help, conversationalist and and support system during this transition. The indoor car storage unit was clean, safe and met my expectations and I appreciate him and the company.

Needed a locker for the past year and the whole process was done remotely. Never had issues with accessing the property and the lockers themselves were great. No longer have the need for storage, but Ric was fantastic helping me close out the account. As a business owner myself, I really appreciate staff that are pleasant to talk with and also care about the customer they are helping. Generally that type staffing is curated from the top, so they seem to be doing good by the customer. Thanks for the help Ric!
