Strongly would recommend NOT choosing this facility. It’s a bait and switch. Our initial rent of $31 a month was raised to $47 a month after two months. Would not trust these people! Avoid!

Worked with Kelly, even though this was just a storage unit, you would think she was selling me a house! Since I'm storing antiques that I inherited, she took her time explaining why climate controlled unit was better for me. Showed me multiple sizes, and when I picked unit and did all the paperwork, I realized i wouldn't have room for anything else in the future. She didn't get aggravated with me, but cheerfully started over and got me the right size unit and a great price! Also actually helped me wrap everything up with on site supplies that I was able to purchase there including a lock (which I forgot to bring). Now my stuff is warm, protected and safe, cause God knows that stuff is never coming in my house! 5 star rating!!!
