Maurisha is attentive, professional, and genuinely cares about both customers and her team. No matter how busy things get, she takes the time to make sure everyone is taken care of and that everything runs smoothly. Her dedication, work ethic, and leadership do not go unnoticed. I've only been a customer for a little under a year and my experience has been okay so far. I did have an issue with pricing, but was quickly resolved by management. I moved in with a great promotion and was told that price would increase in small increments over time every few months. I'm fine with that considering the size of the unit, but the problem was with the first increase, there was no warning despite being told that I would receive notice about a month in advance. When it happened again, my payment doubled. In both cases, management resolved by reducing payment. The building and units appear to be clean for the most part. Hard to keep everything out as you cannot control the cleanliness of other customers, but for the times I've been there, at least once per week, I've seen very few creepy crawlers (maybe 3 total). Other than that, I can assume they exterminate pretty well. Overall, it's a good spot and I would feel comfortable referring a friend.

My experience with the staffs was great, thay help me with my set up for my monthly payments. Very kind and patience with me Resolving my issues. I wish it was more people That would be more considerate like the people that worked at extra space. Thank for caring..

I have dealt with this company since the merger of Life Storage and Cube Storage. Now that the existing company is Extra Storage, I have encountered some deficiencies of service, such as pricing and lack of dollies and dumpers. I must acknowledge, though, that their employees constantly assist in making sure the transactions are successful, which is why I still patronize their company. I would like to send a special shout-out to Mr. Willie and Mr. Levine! I hope this business recognizes their professionalism and gives them KUDOS for the services they are doing.

I have no complaints! My experience at this facility was awesome. The facility was nice and clean. And I dealt with Levine during sign up and move out and I can’t say enough good things about him. After explaining that I needed storage for my mom’s belongings, as we were transitioning her out of her apartment , he became very empathetic, understanding and informative which made the process much easier. If I ever needed these services again, I would choose this facility hands down!
