I signed up online. When I did, I was asked to say which date I would be moving in, but I was only given seven days into the future to choose from. We are moving to Chicago in two weeks. The website said I could change my move in date later so I went ahead and rented it. When I called later that same day, I was told that not only could I not change it, but that I was renting my storage unit effective immediately and cannot be reimbursed or changed. So, I am paying for 3 weeks of storage that I will not be using because I could not choose my date on your website.
